Legend has it that she got her name because of how often she turns people down by saying ‘neh’. Neha came to New Coalport from India many years ago seemingly for the sole purpose of complaining about how much better she liked it there. Yet she firmly refuses to board the plane back home.
Neha does not like people, but she tolerates them sometimes if they pull their weight. She goes by ‘the hag’ in the neighbourhood. Abhilasha might or might not have been spotted talking to her.
